I. Services Provided

A. Boards2Go will provide the user with a message board.

B. Boards2Go will provide the user with access to the administrative section for customization of the user’s message board.

C. This service is provided as is with out warranty. If there are unexpected down time of our service, Boards2Go.com is not responsible for any damages.

II. Restrictions

A. Sites prohibited from joining.

1. Any site containing any of the following:

a. Racism
b. Hate
c. Adult or obscene material
d. MLM
e. Spam
f. Warez, hacking material, or illegal mp3’s
g. Harassment

h. Vulgar language

2. Any individual who plans to make or currently runs a remotely hosted service

B. Content Restrictions

1. Any and all of the materials outlined in section A. 1.

2. Paid advertisement banners, text links, buttons, popups, popunders, exitpops or any other form of advertisment.

III. Removal of accounts

A. Your account may be removed if:

1. For violations outlined in Section II.

2. At the discretion of our staff.

3. For attempting to remove or hide our advertisments being shown including ad blocking software.

IV. Modification

A. Terms of service may be modified at any time. If you do not remove your account with in 14 business days, then you are accepting new terms of service agreement.

V. Disputes

In the event it is necessary to refer any dispute to an attorney or resolve it in a court of law, the prevailing party will be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney's fees and all costs associated with any legal action, whether or not a suit shall actually be filed. These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey and the United States of America.

VI. THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS"

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE PROVIDER GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS NO WARRANTY EXPRESSLY INCLUDES ANY REIMBURSEMENT FOR LOSSES OF INCOME DUE TO DISRUPTION OF SERVICE BY THE PROVIDER OR ITS PROVIDERS BEYOND THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT TO PROVIDER FOR SERVICES. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BACKUP OUR DATA, BUT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA.

VII. You agree to indemnify and hold boards2go.com, affiliates, volunteers, and employees harmless from any demand made by anyone due to the Content you post to the Service, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or these Terms of Service. Any claim arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year after the cause arose or be forever barred.
